Thank you for attending the Gathering to honor the super moon eclipse on the 31st. It was an absolute pleasure and honor to have all of you on board.
In continuation with the ritual, Lady Beltane requested I make some further suggestions to help you better understand what you may choose to do with the stone. The Talisman you have charged with your mantra is your guide to assist you to move through your metamorphosis. As mentioned in the gathering post, continue to use the mantra and stone 3 days after the full moon as this is the most potent time. This will assist you to connect on a deeper level to yourself and of course the Goddess within.
Your mantra can dictate which hand you hold the stone in when you recite over the next 3 days. If it is one of receiving such as wanting more guidance, wanting personal healing, wanting respect, if it is for the self than it is in the left hand. This is the hand for receiving. If however your mantra was for you to give more compassion to others or give more respect to others or give love than you can hold this in your right hand. Alternatively like Lady Beltane mentioned you could just hold it in your power hand if all this is confusing. Your power hand is the one that you would use the most, are you left or right handed? Also traditionally the right hand is the path of the light and the left is the path of the dark. Neither are good or bad they just are, and choosing either or is fine. The intention is working from your heart space to charge you Talisman with the guidance of the Great Goddess and the God.
Your Talisman: If you feel comfortable carrying the stone with you than please do so. It is important that it stays with you as much as possible over the next 3 days while you recite your mantra. Sleeping with it if you can’t have it on you during the day is also fine. After the 3 days you can place it on your alter or in you Witch bag to remind you of what it represents. If you choose, carry the stone for as long as you feel. It will tell you what you need to do. If you are unable to carry the Talisman than please once again visualize the Cor Leonis and the elements you inscribed. These symbols are triggers, little reminders of the powerful potential that is every human being!
Your candle: It would be wonderful to allow your candle to burn as long as possible. It’s not as much the size but the intention. If you feel that you need to light a white candle whenever you choose to recite you mantra then please do so. You don’t need to let that burn all the way that is up to you. The light represents the guidance of the Goddess. Having her presence over the next 3 days is a beautiful feeling. Re-igniting that feeling whenever you recite your mantra by lighting another white candle is beautiful. If you need to recite your mantra and don’t have a candle please just visualize a light, once again this is from your heart space which is the domain of the Great Goddess.
