Not only have we raped, pillaged and disrespected Mother Earth for centuries upon centuries, in the last approximately 8 decades human kind found a way to make the outer atmosphere and Our Lady of The Moon’s surface a garbage can. Now a company wants to put about 200 more man-made satellites encompassing Mother Earth from space.
I may not have an advanced degree in science but I do have common sense. In my opinion “Global Warming” may not be as bad as it is if it was not for the fact that our Lord Sun God and Lady Moon Goddess cannot work in harmony and in tandem with Mother Earth as well as with each other with the garbage many countries and a few private citizens have left just floating around until they lose momentum and than fall somewhere on Mother Earth when they piece of trash can no longer maintain its orbit around her.
So I plan to write to the company mention in the link below to ask what impact blocking more of the Sun Gods rays from making it into our atmosphere. How is he suppose to help nurture all living things on Mother Earth? How is our Lady Moon Goddess suppose to work correctly to bring the tides in and out among other things?
Mother Earth, the Sun God, and Moon Goddess love all living things and creatures living on her with unconditional love providing many things we as humans, flora, fauna, animals that walk or slither or fly or swim need to continue living. How soon will more species go extinct because of the way humans treat a planet we should protect and live in harmony with? Actually if I was Mother Earth, the Sun God, and Moon Goddess I would have wiped out all humans as soon as they quit living in harmony with the energy flows of Mother Earth, chalk it up to a very bad experiment and start the human race again from caves with little nudges to love the land as unconditionally as it loves us. I would hope the Gods and Goddesses the second or third time around, as we can gather from written history of the times humans were almost completely wipe off the whole of Mother Earth, to develop advance space travel without leaving waste and many other things such as never allowing a fossil fueled automobile to be invents but only an electrical ones, to use natural ways to heat our homes or cool them off, mainly to rebuild civilization that is hand in hand with keeping Mother Earth as clean and pollution free as possible.
Please do not take what I am saying here as I would not miss some of the modern conveniences that we have I am not ready to go live “off the grid” somewhere but I just wish we would fine alternative ways for them to run. Although in some ways I do like the thought of being some of the first people to populate our home planet that still to this day try their very best to live in harmony with all living things we share the wonderful planet with. I am looking forward to when my husband retires in a few years of moving to a place where we can live in closer harmony with the land and all living things.
The Night Sky Will Never Be the Same
Let’s try something interesting and useful as a new way to write a short spell.
I have been watching a YouTube family channel designed with the idea for families have fun and maybe try some things they do. Caution they may get loud at times but I have gotten at least a chuckle on the over 30 videos I have watched so far.
Good Mythical Morning
The hosts Rhett and Link do some strange things. But one thing they do sometimes is talk in a Japanese from of poetry known as Haiku. Which can be explained easily with this
A traditional Japanese haiku is a three-line poem with seventeen syllables, written in a 5/7/5 syllable count. Often focusing on images from nature, haiku emphasizes simplicity, intensity, and directness of expression.
An explanation of Haiku by Poets.org
As I read about Haiku I realized while it may take some getting use to writing nd reading it, it could be a different way to write a short, simple for something easy. For example (this is my first try in trying to do this so if it sounds strange it gives me room to improve and to find knowledge)
“I want Mother Earth,
To be clean and renewed So
Tell me pick up trash.”
Ok, I guess most people would not really a spell in the sense that we are use to writing them in. But to finish it I would write it on a small 1 inch by 3 inch piece of paper then the roughly burn the piece of paper. Once the ash is COMPLETELY COLD I would grinded it into a fine dust to mix into a small amount of lotion, about 1 tablespoon (if you lotion tends to go a long way when you use it regularly a just the amount you would use for this so you can rub in the lotion completely or than rub a tip of your index finger amount throughly into my crown chakra to remind me to pick up the trash and on my 3rd eye area so I would not over look the trash. Than rub the rest into my hands to remember to grab the trash. I would do this just before bedtime and let the lotion with the spell paper dust in it soak into my skin to set the spell. If you can wear a long weight pair of pure cotton gloves which will help the lotion moisture your hands more.
Here is my first attempt using a Japanese Haiku Poem to do a Spell. I will let you know how it goes.
I am really looking forward to reading your Haiku spell and how you are going to put it into action.
To every man and brother whose 2 and/or 4 legged, reptile or bird children I am very sorry to not have wished you blessed and happy Father’s Day!
My whole weekly schedule got thrown off by two things, a very bad allergy day Friday and my husband working Saturday. Since he’s normally off the whole weekend I kept thinking yesterday was Saturday and woke thinking today is Sunday. So I was trying to figure out why he was up getting ready for work until the light bulb went off that it’s Monday.
As I sit here while it is still dark outside and listen to the wonderful bird songs in my backyard and neighborhood I am again in awe of Mother Earth and the beauty she provides all of our 5 regular senses if we would take the time to see, hear, smell, touch, and taste all the things she along with Air, Water, Fire, and Earth provide daily for us.
Today I challenge you to take just 5 minutes out of your busy schedule to really listen to the natural sounds around you, see the beauty in the face of someone you come in contact with or flowers or the grass, or the trees or all of these, to give a person, familiar/pet a 20 second hug this will release feel good endorphins in your brain, to really enjoy the smell of nature or something delicious that is cooking, to take the time to savor the intricate flavors of whatever you eat and drink through out the day instead of just eating or drinking whatever because you need it to live. There is an old saying from the late 1960’s here, “Stop and smell the roses.” This is what I am asking you to do with your 5 physical senses.
Now for the 6th sense which to me is our Spiritual or metaphysical being. Take some time to meditate concentrating on opening your 3rd eye and reconnection your spirit and body into one being.
I strongly suggest doing the above challenge as often as you can but at least once a week. I can tell you from experience you will become closer to the Great Mother and Father a.k.a. the Goddess and her Consort God a.k.a. the Lord and Lady.
Please share with us how the day goes on the day you decided to take up my challenge.
Sisters and Brothers may your day be filled with wonderess new experiences that you encounter.
This is a link for a general search for the Goddess Gaia, there are a few different spellings of her name as there are with all Gods and Goddesses.
Gaia’s image has been depicted in many ways through different cultures so explorer the images until one jumps out at you like your idea of what she may look like.
When I am asked what kind of Witch I am, first let me say I really do not like to label anyone as one type of Witch or another because to me that is narrow-minded thinking, but my answer is, “I’m an Earth Witch.” Because I work a lot with Gaia in her form as Mother Earth and the Triple Goddess. I can feel her wax and wane during the seasons of the year and my spirit, mind, and body flow along with her. I suppose in Neo-Pagan terms, I am an Eclectic Witch.
I also work with the Moon Goddess Luna or The Triple Goddess depending on what I am doing and when. I just never think or picture Luna as a Crone. The reason I work with her is she and Gaia work in a beautiful dance of harmony to help all living beings on this planet to live.
As for Gods, my main go to for many things is Ra especially if I am doing a spell and/or ritual during the day. He also works in harmony with Luna and Gaia to keep the planet we live on not to hot or cold and offers us his light. His light and warmth are very important during the growing seasons to help ensure a bountiful harvest. Whichever name for the Sun God you prefer is fine.
From Gaia, Ra, and Luna the elements of Air, Water, Fire, Earth, and Spirit are possible.
The above mentioned Gods and Goddesses are who I prefer to work with. Each person needs to find the deity or deities they find it easiest to work with most of the time. There are times to branch out to different ones that may help with a specific spell and/or ritual. Example when I doing healing work I call upon Kwan Yin (oriental Goddess) and Sirona (Celtic Goddess) to work through me to help whoever I am sending healing to.
As the plants wither and die the give back nourishment to Mother Earth. As the leaves fall from the trees to help insulate the plants that will bud again in spring.
I wish Mother Earth a pleasant slumber under a Prue white blanket of snow.
To reguvenate and wake refreshed when spring time comes again.
I thank Ra and Father Sky for the warmth and rain that helps the plants and trees to grow.
May they find time to rest as the days grow shorter and the night longer.
I thank the elements Air, Fire, Water and Earth for their willingness to help the plants and trees reach maturity and to spread there seeds far and wide.
I ask the Universe to watch over us all; plants, trees, animals and humans throughout the cold days and nights to come.
So mote it be. A’Ho

BASIC MEDITATION and LEARNING TO LISTEN to YOUR SPIRIT GUIDES
An easy way to start on your path of self-discovery is through daily meditation. Following is a simple guideline for basic meditation:
Get in a comfortable position, somewhere quite and where you will not be disturbed. Find a position that you can be comfortable in for up to an hour. Start off slow about fifteen minutes a day and work up slowly to an hour or whatever you discover is your top amount of time for a good mediation session.
Put on some soft instrument music.
Ask Archangel Micheal to surround you in a white light of protection. If you do not believe in or want to use an Archangel then call upon Hecate or another Goddess or God to protect you while meditating.
Take three deep breaths completely filling your lungs on the inhale and emptying them on the exhale. Pick a word to allow to escape slowly through your lips on the exhale. This helps to ease the mind and body away from everyday life into your meditation zone. Some people say “OM” and some another sound. I use the word relax. While you are doing the deep breathing clear your mind of mundane everyday cares and worries.
After the cleansing breaths, go back to your normal breathing pattern and for a few breaths imagine your feet are connecting to Mother Earth and putting roots down. To do this imagine little roots coming out of the bottom of your feet growing down through whatever is in the way between you and Mother Earth. After you picture your roots getting to Mother Earth allowing them to grow into her about six inches deep.
Once you have grounded yourself then open yourself to connecting with the Universal whole. To complete the circle with the Universe lay your hands palms up either on your legs or extended them over your head. Imagine the Universal energy coming down through your hands flowing through you into your grounded feet then escape out of the bottom of your feet and going upward to meet with the Universe again.
Meditation is a good way to connect and be able to start listening to your Spirit Guides. You may ask your spirit guides questions but do not expect answers immediately sometimes it may takes days, weeks or even months for the answer to be come clear to you. Do listen to your gut feeling about something or someone and/or the voice that may pop into your head all of a sudden with the answer you have been seeking. These are some of the ways our spirit guides talk to us.
